All Star

All Star teams are select groups of 15-36 athletes who train and compete together. Seasons are a year long and they typically train twice a week for 3-4 hours total. Read more »

Classes

Tumbling, stunting, and stretching classes are typically one hour and meet once a week to train small groups of athletes working on similar skills. Jumps classes are typically 30 Minutes. Read more »
