We have now spent 2 years in our current facility. We have put a tremendous amount of time and energy into improving the gym for our athletes. We have added equipment, paint, banners, trophies, and AIR CONDITIONING to make our new home feel comfortable for the CA family. We still have much that we would like to do, but we are very proud of how it has turned out. The gym space itself is 40,000 square feet on a 10 acre complex. We also have around 4,000 square feet of office and conference area. We share the entire building (88,000 sq. ft) with our long-time neighbors, Segars and Associates (owned by Speedy's family). The building is located near the intersection of 1st Street and Buckingham in Garland. (about 10 min NE of our old gym). It is about a mile south of 190 (Bush) and 78 (Lavon Hwy.) While you can easily see the building from 78, the entrance is in the back off of 1st Street (about a 1/2 block south of the Buckingham/1st intersection). You drive around to the front to access the front office and the gym entrance.
